The TGIA Training Conference offers the most current and comprehensive information on street and prison gangs. Seminar instructors are considered experts in their respective fields. The conference is designed to meet the needs of both new and experienced persons dealing with street gangs and gang activities.

Attendance at the TGIA Training Conference is limited to TGIA members, judges and criminal justice professionals, including sworn law enforcement officers, correctional officers, probation officers, criminal analysts and prosecuting attorneys. Official identification will be required at registration and may be requested at any conference presentation or function. Note: NO TAPE RECORDINGS or photography/video taping will be allowed without the written permission of the Texas Gang Investigators Association.

The 2013 Texas Gang Investigators Training Conference is being held June 24 - 28, 2013 at the beautiful Omni Houston Hotel in Houston, Texas. Online conference registration is now open. The conference registration fee is $250.00. The registration fee covers the cost of all conference materials, one luncheon and refreshment breaks. The registration deadline is Friday, June 14, 2013, at 5:00 P.M. Attendance is limited, and people who do not pre-register cannot be guaranteed a place at the conference. You may pre-register by completing the online registration form. An invoice will be generated when your online registration information is submitted. Your registration will be complete once a hard copy of your invoice and payment are received.

You may pay by check, credit card or money order. No cash will be accepted for payment. The Texas Gang Investigators Association's Federal Tax ID # is 76-0346041. Checks and money orders should be made out to the Texas Gang Investigators Association and mailed to the address below.

This conference is being held at the Omni Houston Hotel, 4 Riverway, Houston, Texas 77056. For your convenience we have made arrangements for rooms at the conference hotel.

You can make your hotel reservation online or by calling the hotel directly at (713) 871-8181. A special rate of $110.00 single/$149.00 double per night is being offered. Reservations must be made by Wednesday, May 22, 2013, to obtain these rates or until the room block is full, whichever comes first. When making your reservation, you should indicate that you are requesting the "TGIA" room block.
