On June 24th-June 28th, 2013 the Texas Gang Investigators Association will be holding their 2013 Annual Training Conference at the Omni Houston Hotel at the Galleria in Houston, Texas.  We anticipate our attendance to be around 650-750 persons, all of which will be Criminal Justice Professionals to include sworn law enforcement officers, correctional officers, corporate security, probation officers, criminal analysts, prosecuting attorneys and educators.  The conference presents an excellent opportunity to showcase your company's products and services.

The exhibitor's fee for this conference will be $300.00 for the full conference, $150.00 for a partial conference, and $50.00 for a one day display, all of which include:

• 1 Booth Space
  

• 2 Tables with draping
  

• 4 Chairs
  

• 1 Electric plug
  

• 1/8th page ad in the TGIA Graffiti Newsletter - Electronic
  

• Your Company information on the Vendor Portion of the TGIA Website

We will also be hosting a "Vendor Hospitality Night" in the Vendor's Exhibit Area on Tuesday, June 25, 2013.  A door prize contribution would be greatly appreciated, as we raffle off door prizes on Vendors Hospitality Night and throughout the conference.  

There will be a TGIA Business Luncheon on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 as well as a Hospitality Night on Thursday evening, June 27, 2013.  As a conference vendor you are invited to attend both events at no cost.

Arrangements have been made for exhibitors to be housed at the Omni Houston Hotel at the Galleria, 4 Riverway,  Houston, Texas, 77056.  Exhibitors will be set up on the same area as the conference classrooms.

Payments must be submitted with the enclosed form no later than May 15, 2013.  We are limited on space; therefore it will be first come - first serve.

If you anticipate staying at the hotel, please contact them directly at (713) 871-8181 or 800-The-Omni for hotel reservations.  You must tell the reservation desk you are attending the Texas Gang Investigators Association Conference to receive the special TGIA room rate of $110.00 Single or $149.00 Double.  Room reservations must be made no later than May 22, 2013.
